Credits are non-transferable and can only be used within our service.

You must not use the service for illegal activities, IP infringement, fraud, or abuse.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded and generated content complies with applicable laws.

Compound Slides and related materials are owned by Compound Agents LLC or its licensors.

You retain rights to your own uploaded content, subject to a limited license for us to provide the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, both parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to courts with competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
