Refund Policy

If credits were partially used, we may issue a proportional refund based on unused credits.

If credits are fully used, or the request is submitted after 7 days, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Current billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or in confirmed billing errors.

For duplicate charges or failed delivery caused by system issues, we will provide a refund or equivalent service credit.

Fraud, abuse, or violations of Terms of Service may make an order ineligible for refund.

We normally respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
